Michaels Workbrain can be accessed by visiting SAM.Michaels.com and entering a valid user name and password. Both Client and Global Administrator account types are supported by the login page. If an account holder has forgotten his or her password, the page also includes a link to change the password for a particular user name. Users can select alternative languages by clicking on the ETM link to the top-left of the login box.

The Workforce Management tool, nicknamed Workbrain by Michaels, is a human capital management tool that enables the company to manage employees’ schedules, log absences and time off, track employees’ hours worked, and conveniently pay employees. In addition, the programme provides reporting capabilities that enable managers to monitor staff performance and assign tasks.
Workbrain also provides employees with a variety of features. Employees can modify their personal data, select their direct deposit details, track and manage their hours, and view their paychecks, among other typical chores.
The Workforce Management platform, which Infor refers to as WFM, is offered to customers in both on-premises and software-as-a-service configurations. It is a Java-based browser-based solution that operates on multiple hardware systems and databases.
