All you need is two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, mix it with 200 ml of water and wash your mouth with it. Use it for 30 seconds and then rinse and brush your teeth.
This is one of the most proven methods as activated charcoal is used to remove oil, dirt from the skin, the same way it removes bad toxins from teeth and prevents them from getting yellow. It is available in any medical store in the form of powder or capsule.
