The idea is that each item plays a specific role in the office, and they enable you and your team to be efficient and productive. 

The right tools for the job make everything easier.

Furniture

At face value this one is simple. You need somewhere to sit and somewhere to place your laptop or computer. But actually, you should be thinking about the type of furniture that will allow you to sit comfortably. 

Ergonomic furniture will help you avoid back pain, neck pain, slouching, and tight shoulders.

Stationery

While paperless is the dream, for most businesses it’s not really possible. So being conscious about what you choose is vital.

Comfort

While the office is somewhere that people head to work, it is essential that they are comfortable too. Comfortable staff are happy staff. Even if you are doing this for yourself right now, it is important to practice for when your business grows.

Decor

How the office feels has a significant impact on how much people enjoy working there. The right colours, shapes and accessories can help keep morale high and productivity flowing.

• Area rugs or statement flooring
• Desk organization like desk tray, pen pots and folder holders for each desk
