Whenever Ellen isn't scaring the living daylights out of her guests, she's giving them amazing gifts. This Monday, June 5th, The Ellen Show played host to Rob and Reece Scheer from Darnestown, Maryland. The pair have 4 children through the foster system and started a non-profit to help other foster kids. Ellen had something very special in store for them!

The couple, married 7 years, founded Comfort Cases, an organization dedicated to providing foster children with their own luggage filled with essentials (a tooth brush, pajamas, a blanket, a book) because so many children move around through the system carrying what few belongings they have in a trash bag. Comfort Cases currently operates in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C., but the pair dreams of expanding it nationwide. Never without the perfect gift, Ellen partnered with Samsonite to give Rob and Reece $10,000 cash plus another $40,000 worth of Samsonite products to help their organization grow.

Ellen said the Scheers should be labelled “dads of the year,” and told her audience:
