Tis the season to be giving and whatever you need to make you "jolly."
Recently Sheriff's deputies in York County, Neb., halted a pickup truck when it drove over the center line, compounded with the driver failing to signal.
While conducting what they thought would be a routine traffic stop the officers came upon a suspicious smell.
The smell of pure marijuana.
Patrick Jiron, 80, and Barbara Jiron, 83, were en route to Boston and Vermont.
The couple said their "accoutrement" was all for Christmas giving.
Now that is a surprising stocking stuffer.
If you care you share!
The estimated value of the Christmas "luggage" is over $3oo,000.
The couple face felony charges of possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver and no drug tax stamp.
Of course when this story went viral everyone had a field day!
