Pundit Piers Morgan has been embroiled in a Twitter war for days, now. His opponent? Harry Potter author JK Rowling. It has not been going well for him.

The battle on Twitter began when comedian Jim Jeffries cursed out Morgan on an episode of Real Time With Bill Maher. J.K. could not withhold her joy.
Morgan, never one to back down from a battle, did not back down here, either.
The meat of their debate is Morgan's recent assertions that it is "un-American" to take issue with what Donald Trump is doing in the Presidency. Morgan has been an unashamed supporter of Trump from the beginning. Rowling has been the total opposite.
But it quickly spiraled out of control (for Morgan) when he started to insult Harry Potter.
Rowling came back at Morgan again and again. She was proclaimed by many to be the winner of the Internet each time. But Morgan would not quit.
As the days have passed, even more zaniness has occurred: a book store has been tweeting the entire Harry Potter series at Morgan, line by line, because he said he had never read it.
He has also threatened to cut his own son out of his will because his son tweeted out support for Rowling and her book series.
But, just recently, Morgan decided to rope in yet another writer in this Twitter quarrel--50 Shades author E.L. James.
