Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake:
Everyone loves hazelnut chocolate spread, and the cheesecake is one of the creations that people love to prepare on special occasions.
Preparing a biscuit cake starts with crushing 200 gms of glucose biscuits and keeping it aside.
Next, you can take the saucepan for double boiling, i.e. the saucepan has to be filled half with water, and a glass bowl is added over it and allow the water to boil.
To go ahead, butter can be added and melt and then add half a cup of cocoa powder and create a silky and smooth paste.
You can pour down the mixture all over the crushed biscuits and then mix it well. Now take a cake tin and then look for setting the mix. Freeze it for 3-4 hours.
Make a double boiler and keep it in a high-medium flame.
Now place the fresh cream and allow it to get warm and take your electric blender and start blending one and a half cup of cream cheese with the two tablespoons of icing sugar and a pinch of vanilla essence.
Blend the mixture after adding the fresh cream. On your double boiler, start melting the hazelnut spread and then keep half of it to be used on the cake top and add the other half to the cream mix.
Mix the mixture thoroughly and pour it into the biscuit base in the cake tin.

Start with crushing 200 gms of biscuits (glucose) in the bowl and then keep it aside.

Next, start blending cream cheese with fresh cream and vanilla essence. Add two tablespoon of peanut butter and icing sugar and keep blending until everything mixes well and peaks are formed.
Now you can spread the butter and digestive biscuit mix in your cake tin and fill it with the prepared cream mix. Freeze it for six hours.
Oreo Cheesecake:
An amazing cake prepared in just 20 minutes. To prepare it, you need 500 gms of cream cheese and 200 gms of oreo biscuits along with the melted butter of 150 gms and white chocolate chips.
Use a grinder for the biscuits, mix them with melted butter, take one-fourth part of the cream, and microwave it with chocolate chips.
Now take the rest of the cream in another bowl, add powdered sugar, and start whisking for a minute and add white chocolate (melted).
Whisk until you see peaks, take your cake tin, settle your biscuit layer and cover it with cream mixture. Garnish it with oreo biscuits and freeze it for 10 hours.
Chocolate Cake:
Set up two double boilers and add two cups of chopped chocolate in the first boiler and prepare a mix of 2 cups of cream and a pinch of salt and cinnamon in the second boiler.
Stir them to melt and combine them. Now butter your cake tin and apply the parchment paper. Once the chocolate is melted, mix with the cream and stir it up.
Fold everything gently and ensure that there are no white patches. Take it from the flame and start pouring it into the tin.
Cool it for at least six to seven hours, and garnish it with your favorite chocolate syrup.
