A Turkish Airlines flight in Africa landed on Friday with one passenger who wasn't on the flight manifest.
However, the outcome left everyone in high spirits.
Halfway on their flight from Guinea to Burkina Faso, the flight's crew helped give birth to a baby girl.
The crew took action after noticing that the mom, Nafi Diaby, who was 28 weeks into her pregnancy, was experiencing labor pains.
Assisted by passengers, the crew safely delivered the girl, named Kadiju, before the plane landed in Ouagadougou, the capital of Burkina Faso.
Mother and baby were taken to the hospital upon arrival, and are tired, but in good health.
News of the incident spread after crew took to social media to post pictures with the newborn.
