President Trump started off his holiday season by tweeting at a columnist who slammed his frequent Twitter attacks on prominent African-Americans.
One of Mr. Trump's favorite pastimes is his rage tweeting at those who offend his delicate nature; usually it's Pocahontas, "Elizabeth Warren," or "Crooked Hillary." Lately the targets of his disparaging tweets have been basketball dad LaVar Ball and the NFL athletes taking part in national anthem protests.
After Washington Post columnist Greg Sargent tweeted out a link to his latest piece calling out Trump for “rage-tweeting” against well-known African-American celebrities.
Trump responded directly with an all caps “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” Which inadvertently endorsed Sargent’s argument.
Twitter had some thoughts to share.
Trump is what happens when people of privilege have so much going for them, they makes excuses as to why they are failing.— Angela Melini (@angelamelini) November 22, 2017
