President Donald Trump just laid down the gauntlet in the latest round of increased tensions involving the Korean Peninsula, while deciding to place North Korea back on the list of state sponsors of terrorism.
Trump declared the move Monday during a public meeting with his Cabinet and said the Treasury Department will announce new sanctions against North Korea soon.
Those are strong words, better be prepared for the outcome.
North Korean state media published a contentious rebuke of Trump on Tuesday, but it wasn't clear if it was in direct response to the terror designation
"The hideous crimes committed by the lunatic president of the US are a blatant challenge to the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK," the article in Rodong Sinmun said.
These latest developments have rang a few alarm bells for Twitter.
