President Trump Says His 17-Day Trip Is "Not A Vacation"

We're currently a few days into President Trump's 17-day trip to his golf course in Bedminster, New Jersey, and Trump has been decidedly less defensive on Twitter, perhaps due to the influence of his new Chief of Staff, John Kelly.

Trump did, however, feel the need to assert that the trip is "not a vacation," due to renovations currently underway at the White House, which Trump has recently referred to as a "dump."

Meanwhile, Trump was hard at work on his golf course, even crashing a wedding at his resort before hitting the links:

Neither Trump's tweet nor the video did Trump any favors:

Especially considering how much time he's already spent away from the White house:

But Washington probably doesn't seem like a very inviting place for Trump at the moment:

Perhaps it's for the best:
