Fred Josephson is just your average man. The New Jersey resident is a parent, business owner and hard worker. Nothing too unusual, right? That's what most people thought until his son, Dillon, let the world in on his dad's adorable secret.
Since 2012, when he got Facebook, he has been awarding "Employee of the Week" awards to the adorable pups he meets while installing flooring for his company.
Had Dillon not mentioned anything on Twitter, we all would have missed out on almost insane amounts of cute.
Like Harley, who doesn't have thumbs but is clearly the best helper.
Killer, who clearly lives up to that ferocious name. Who's the scariest pup? You are!
Chaz is clearly management material.
Tika assured us all that the transition will be smooth and beautiful when it's done.
It's not just the dogs who work hard with Mr. Josephsen, Kobe the cat is closely inspecting the carpet at the moment.
Not every employee helps with the floors, though.
This guy is more of a "field supervisor." Get it? Beause there's grass and the donkey is in an actual field? We're sorry.
These two did some amazing work designing, creating and installing these stair faces.
We guess the human Josephsen employees helped too? Maybe?
People are loving the posts so much that they're following the business page just to see the doggos.
Okay, maybe Twitter is loving the pictures a little bit too much.
Dillon kind of broke our hearts with this tweet, though.
