Britney Spears knows exactly what her critics have been saying about her throughout her career. During a recent interview with an Israeli television show, she finally addressed the idea that she lip-syncs most of her performances.
The interviewer asks Britney "How much of your show is playback, backed up with playback, how much is live?"
To which Britney responds:
"I'm glad you're addressing this question because it's really funny, a lot of people think that, um, I don't sing live. I usually, because I'm dancing so much, I do have a bit of playback, but there's a mixture of my voice and the playback. It really pisses me off because I'm busting my ass out there and singing at the same time and nobody ever really gives me credit for it, you know?"
Twitter account "Britney In Israel" was kind enough to share the clip.
Some people were a bit confused by the idea of singing live with playback.
