Airbnb’s Most Wished-For Listing Is A 3-Room Treehouse With Rope Bridges

Guests come to relax, unwind, and blissfully sleep in the open-air dwelling. In pleasant seasons only, as it is not temperature controlled.

Of what impact the space has on the mind, he told Today, “People come here and they write and they think,” said Bahouth. “They leave great stories and they have things happen to them here. Sometimes, they leave after two days and they just look different — they look like they just needed to simmer down a little.”

The sleep aspect seems to be the most magical. What do you think?

If you wish to have sweet dreams in this open air suite, be prepared to wait quite a bit. As it's AirBnB's most sought after listing, in the world, it's booked.

Be prepared to wait a long time to climb up that tree. Stays are not available until March and June of next year.  You'll also have to spend $375 a night and take what's described as a "30-second walk" to the bathroom in the main house.

However, the sheer delight it inspires seems to be worth the wait.

It has star rating of 4.5 on AirBnB. That's despite the rustic nature of this sumptuous retreat.

"Sipping coffee each morning underneath 160 year old pine trees was an amazing experience and the serenity of the treehouse was an almost religious experience," a guest wrote in an AirBnB review.

For now, we'll just have to look at the stunning pictures...and dream.
